AUDIO SYSTEM INSTALLATION PROCESS

1. Survey the installation location

Before installing the sound system , HSV Media staff will come to the event venue to survey: sound installation ground, measure the length of the stage to fully prepare equipment.

2. Sound system installation

Step 1: Arrange speaker position

Step 2: Connect the wire from the speaker to the amp

After installing the speakers, the next thing is to take the signal from the speakers on the amp and connect them to the Input pile behind the subwoofer. Step 3: Connect the mixer to the amp and microphone

Next, turn off the amplifier's electrical signal and proceed to plug the amplifier into the mixer's input source, check the mixer's output and connect the wires to see if the signal is received or not to attach the microphone to the mixer.

Step 4: Align the amp

Finally, we will proceed to adjust the sound of the microphone and check the sound quality according to the customer's request

3. Run the sound test before the event

Before the event takes place, we will conduct a full test of the device, test the sound and fix the error (if any).

LIGHT SYSTEM INSTALLATION PROCESS

1. Determine the location to install the light

Determine the stage position, design the location to install each type of suitable lights. Then prepare a sufficient number of lights, wires, lampstands, etc.

2. Prepare the light frame

Lamps such as scanner lights, moving head lights, etc. need a fixed hanging frame to maximize the lamp's function. Therefore, when installing these lights, HSV Media always prepares sturdy hanging frames and ensures safety during the event.

3. Install the right type of light for the location to be illuminated
