General Policy
I. WARRANTY POLICY
During use, if you encounter any problems or user-induced errors, you can contact the company's customer service center or the manufacturer's warranty center for assistance.
1. Warranty
- Product warranty covers: Repairing defects and malfunctions caused by manufacturing errors.
2. Warranty Regulations
- Products are covered by a free warranty if the warranty period, calculated from the date of delivery, is still valid.
- The warranty period is stated on the Warranty Certificate and is subject to the regulations of each manufacturer for all technical issues of the product.
- The product must have a valid warranty card and warranty sticker from the company or manufacturer.
3. Cases not covered by warranty
- The product is out of warranty as stated on the warranty card, or the warranty card is lost.
- The warranty seal is torn, broken, covered with another sticker, or altered/erased.
- The warranty card does not clearly state the serial number and the date of purchase.
- The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects.
4. Warranty and maintenance locations
- If the contract, handover document, or warranty certificate does not specify an agreement for warranty service at the customer's registered address, then all products will be warranted at the manufacturer's authorized service center. Company staff will guide customers to the manufacturer or, on behalf of the customer, take the product to the manufacturer's authorized service center for warranty service.
Note:
- The warranty does not cover shipping and delivery costs.
II. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Cases eligible for exchange or return:
- The item is defective due to a manufacturing fault and is not working.
- Goods were damaged during the company's shipping process to the customer.
- The goods delivered did not match the model or type that the customer ordered.
- Items delivered are missing
If you discover any of the above issues, please do not accept the goods and ask our delivery staff to confirm the condition of the goods on the spot and request an exchange or return. Otherwise, customers must report the defective goods to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods to receive support for replacement. After 24 hours, we will not provide support for resolving the issue as it will be assumed that the customer has agreed to the delivered product.
2. General return and exchange conditions and regulations:
- "One-for-one" exchange for products sold within 7 days if there are any problems.
- All tags and receipts are intact, and there are no scratches, dents, external damage, or breakage.
- The exchange period is no more than 3 days from the date of receipt (based on the purchase invoice or delivery receipt).
- All necessary documents are included, such as receipts, invoices, delivery notes, warranty cards, catalogs, etc.
However, for some products, we will not apply the above return and exchange conditions. During the sales consultation process, we will provide specific advice on the timeframe and return/exchange procedures for each product so that customers can refer to them when they need to purchase that product.
Refund fee: The refund fee will be fully covered by the company if the fault lies with the company.
Refund method: We will replace the product for the customer. If the product is no longer in stock, the company commits to refunding 100% of the fee paid by the customer through methods such as: cash at the company or bank transfer to the customer.

2. Payment via bank transfer
We will send you the specific bank account details for the transfer via email for your confirmation.
Transfer details: Product information – Phone number – Quantity
After making the transfer, please notify us so we can check and confirm it for you.
3. Payment upon delivery by the staff.
This is the easiest payment method, especially if you are not familiar with online payments:
- If you choose the cash-on-delivery payment method, please clearly state the following in the transfer details: Company name, phone number of the person making the transfer, and the name of the product you have selected.
- After a successful transaction, please email or call the company to inform us so we can facilitate the verification process.
IV. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Our company ships nationwide.
- Shipping fees will be calculated based on the value of your order
. - If you are located far from our company or in other areas, we will deliver within 8-12 hours (for ready-made products) or within 7-10 days (for custom-ordered products).
- In cases where you purchase goods during holidays or encounter unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, bad weather, or natural disasters, the company will negotiate with you regarding delivery time to ensure the timely delivery and quality of the goods.
- For large orders, the company will directly communicate with you to ensure your peace of mind when choosing to purchase from us.
