RULES WHEN DESIGNING THE EVENT STAGE

1. Identify participants and the nature of the event

1. Stage Size

- Event space is calculated based on the width of the lobby (yard) of the organization area. The stage size usually takes up about 10-20% of the entire event space.

- What is the maximum number of people that need to stand on the stage? To know this exactly, you must know a dance or singing performance with the largest number of members. Usually in our experience: The area is about 4m ² for one performer (medium level) . For example, with a simple dance performance for 7 people, the stage area will be: 4m ² * 7 people = 28m ² . In addition, you should balance the characteristics of that performance too!

2. Stage Height

Stage height is usually proportional to the stage area. When you rent a small stage, but use a large height or vice versa, the stage will be disproportionate. Moreover, the height of the stage also depends on the viewing distance of the first audience and the last audience. Combine the above 2 factors to choose a suitable height.

3. Stage Carpet Colors and Materials

- About color : The color of the carpet is quite important in the event. Almost 80% of events are using red. Because red symbolizes luck, brilliance, solemnity. However, there are some events that need youthfulness and dynamism. Then red is not suitable for entertainment events.
