RULES WHEN DESIGNING EVENT STAGES

1. Identify the participants and nature of the event

First, you must determine who the event attendees are? What class are they from? What is the goal of the program? The answer will help you come up with ideas suitable for the event. Each event will have different stage layouts and ideas. For example, for formal events, the stage will usually be decorated with simple, dark, not too prominent colors. 2. Stage location

Stage location plays an important role in the event. If the stage location is not designed appropriately, the audience will not be able to follow all the activities taking place on stage. - Event space is calculated based on the width of the hall (yard) of the event area. The stage size usually takes up about 10-20% of the total area of ​​the event space.

Normally, according to our experience: The area enough for one performer (average level) is about 4m ² . For example, with a simple dance performance for 7 people, the stage area will be: 4m ² * 7 people = 28m ² . In addition, you should also consider the characteristics of that performance!

2. Stage Height

Stage height is usually proportional to the area of ​​the stage. When you rent a small stage, but use a large height or vice versa, the stage will be unbalanced. Moreover, the stage height also depends on the viewing distance of the first and last audience. Combine the above two factors to choose a suitable height.

3. Stage Carpet Colors and Materials

- About color : Carpet color is quite important in the event. Almost 80% of events are using red. Because red symbolizes luck, brilliance, solemnity. However, there are some events that need youthfulness and dynamism. Red is not suitable for entertainment events. Some colors commonly used for entertainment events are: Gray, yellow, brown, black...
