WHAT ARE LED DISPLAY ACCESSORIES?

WHAT COMPONENTS DOES AN LED DISPLAY CONTAIN?

1. LED Module

This is the main component for creating an LED screen. Basically, an LED module consists of many LEDs, a control IC, etc., combined to form a complete module. When many modules are joined together, they create a super-large LED screen.

2. Power supply for the LED module

A power supply is a device that converts alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) at 5V. Most LED screens use a 5V DC power supply. The power supply is considered the most important device when setting up an LED screen system.

3. Image processor

This is an image processing device that converts input signals to output signals, supporting special adjustments for LED screens, various resolutions, and automatic brightness adjustment, etc.

4. Control card

The LED display control card transmits user signals to the LED screen, allowing the user to control the display as desired.

The receiving card connects to the module via a data bus cable. The receiving cards are interconnected and also connected to the transmitting card via an RJ45 network port. The transmitting card acts as the interface between the receiving card and the image processor.

5. LED Cabinet

The cabinet or technical box of an LED screen contains modules, a power supply, and a receiver card. Each type of cabinet has its own suitable material, with the two main materials used for making cabinets being iron and aluminum. LED screen technical boxes are also divided into indoor and outdoor types. Depending on the nature and purpose of use, users will choose the appropriate type of cabinet.

6. Frame system

There are two main types of frame systems for LED screens:

- Magnetic module mounting frame system: This is a frame system made of woven iron, typically using 20x40mm or 30x60mm square tubes.

- Cabinet mounting frame system:

• Mobile truss systems , also known as mobile frames , can be easily assembled and disassembled and used for mobile screens and event displays.
• The fixed frame system for outdoor screens mounted in cabins typically uses 40x40mm, 40x80mm... square steel tubing and is loosely woven to fit various cabin designs that can be attached to the frame.
